Simmons family of Waynesboro provides a happy home for adopted boys
A Waynesboro husband and wife with six children of their own have opened their hearts and home to two young boys in need of some extra special care. Brenda and Ralph Simmons have adopted 3-year-old Jamin and 10-month-old Rain since the boys’ biological parents are unable to care for them.
